A view to the Levantine Sea
Composed of three apartments, this row house was envisaged on a hillside that overlooks the sea and a river mouth. According to the assignment, each of the 160-square-metre units had to be drawn up to fit the taste of potential Chinese and Russian buyers. Therefore, rather than putting the emphasis on wide, generous interior spaces, making maximum use of rooms for the sake of comfort was a priority. Each of the three-bedroom apartments are spread out over three levels. Notably, the sloped terrain facilitates an unblocked view over the sea from all levels through the extensive glass surfaces.
