Hidden beauty
Situated on the very last plot in a dead-end street, this building conceals most of its virtues when approached from the street, making the back terrace ideal for undisturbed relaxation. The double-height ceiling above the living room/dining room/kitchen unit accounts for generous, dramatic spaces, whereas the children’s quarter is entirely separated from the parents’ rooms. Adjacent to the five rooms in the house, the garage is large enough for two cars. All in all, the house unites simple, conventional visual traits with contemporary MEP solutions: the ceiling-mounted HVAC system uses a heat pump, and is also suitable for mechanical ventilation.
