Midas residence

We were assigned with designing a total of 25 apartments in four buildings, with apartment sizes ranging from 45 to 105 square metres. Plans for the 1-3 bedroom units were drawn up in partnership with Chinese real estate developers, and the apartments themselves will target Chinese customers. As the street fronts of the buildings overlook the Mediterranean Sea located only a few hundred metres away, the client insisted on having as many terraces on the façade as possible. Apartments on the upper levels also have an additional rooftop sundeck, which can function as a second, open living room during most of the year. Enjoying the sights from the rooftop hot tubs is the cherry on top of the proverbial cake.
