Subtle elegance
This home is a prime example of the close correlation between floor plan and building mass, as individual functions have been clearly separated. This type of separation goes for private and living spaces, but the parents’ bedroom is also set apart from the kids’ quarters, while a separate building mass has been dedicated to the double garage and the spaces that house mechanical equipment. Forming an intimate yet well-oriented garden was one of the challenges that came with the corner plot. While the timeless shape of the building transmits subtle elegance, MEP solutions are as modern as the installed materials: with a heat pump and ceiling-mounted HVAC system, the house lives up to all the latest standards.
